Where can I buy Nature One merchandise?
You can get official Nature One merchandise in the official Nature One shop and also on-site at the festival.
Can I still buy merchandise from past festivals?
Yes! There are some limited remaining stocks from last year (online and possibly also on site).
Note: Remaining stock is strictly limited. Once an item is sold out, it is generally not restocked.
Does the product selection online differ from that at the festival?
Yes. You'll often find a wider selection of textiles and accessories in-store. Some items are also later offered in the online shop.
There are also designs that are exclusively available online.
Do I need a customer account to place an order?
No. You can also order as a guest. However, a customer account can help you manage orders and addresses more quickly.
Shipping & Delivery
What are the delivery times and shipping costs?
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country and shipping method. You can find all the details in the shipping policy.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all countries within the EU as well as the United Kingdom (UK). You can find all the details in our shipping policy.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We process your order as quickly as possible – often within 2 business days. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation (including a tracking link, if available).

During periods with a very high volume of orders (e.g., shortly after the festival or before Christmas), processing may take a little longer – thank you for your understanding!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping details. If available for your shipping method, this email will also include a tracking link.
Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
If your order has already been processed, changing the address is usually no longer possible. Please contact our support team as soon as possible – we'll check what can still be done.
Returns & Refunds
What if my item doesn't fit, is damaged, or I simply don't like it?
No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days according to the refund policy .

Our customer service team will explain the process to you and get back to you as soon as possible.
What do I do if my delivery arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team as soon as possible and send photos of the damage and the packaging, if possible. This will allow us to help you quickly.
When will I get my money back?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund you via the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, the credit may take a few days.
Payment methods
Which payment methods can I use to complete a purchase?
In the Nature One Shop you can pay with credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, USDC and other local providers (depending on the country).
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has already been processed, changes or cancellations are often no longer possible. Please contact support as soon as possible – we'll check what options are still available.
Can I apply a discount code retroactively?
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and usually cannot be applied retroactively after the order has been completed.
How can I pay at the festival (cashless)?
The festival is generally cashless – using an RFID wristband that you receive on site. You can top up your balance in advance online (Pre-TopUp) or at TopUp stations. Details and current information can be found on the official cashless website: nature-one.de/info/cashless .
Sustainability & Production
How sustainable are the products?
Today we bear the responsibility for tomorrow. Sustainability is very important to us – you can find out more on our Sustainability page.
Many items are produced using print-on-demand (excluding leftover stock). This reduces overproduction.
- We use modern digital printing technology with non-toxic, biodegradable inks and waterless printing (manufacturer information: Kornit Sustainability ).
- We work with minimal or no paper in production, wherever possible.
- We provide measurements/size information to reduce incorrect purchases and returns.
What happens to my returns?
Returns are kept to a minimum thanks to high quality standards. If returns do occur, they are donated or recycled through partner companies, depending on their condition.
We can often find a solution with you that avoids unnecessary returns – for the sake of your time and the environment.
What happens to leftover goods from the festival?
We calculate our production so that as little leftover stock as possible remains. If there are any remaining stocks, they are offered in the shop and not destroyed.
These items are strictly limited and are not produced using the classic print-on-demand method.
Data protection & accessibility
How secure is my personal data?
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can find all the details in our privacy policy.
Will my payment details be stored?
No. Payment data is processed via certified payment service providers and is not permanently stored in the shop.
Is the shop accessible for people with disabilities?
