Where can I buy Nature One merchandise?

You can only get official Nature One merchandise here in the shop or on-site at the festival.

Can I still buy merchandise from past festivals?

Yes! We usually have a limited number of remaining items available both online and offline at the festival. The products are from the previous year.

Note: Limited quantity available. Once the products are sold out, there will be no further delivery.

Does the product selection online differ from that at the festival?

Absolutely. You'll find a much wider selection of textiles and accessories in-store. Some of these are later offered in the online shop.

There are also designs that are only available for sale online.

So it's worth checking out both.

What are the delivery times and shipping costs?

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country and chosen shipping method – you can find all the information under Delivery Times and Shipping Costs.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all countries within the EU (European Union) and to the United Kingdom (UK). Details can be found under Delivery Times and Shipping Costs. view.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We will ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days – you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email as soon as your shipment is on its way.

Unfortunately, we have no influence on the speed of the parcel delivery services; you can find guidelines and experience regarding delivery times here.

During periods with high order volume (e.g., shortly after the festival or shortly before Christmas), processing may take a little longer - please understand, we are doing our best :)

What if my item doesn't fit, is damaged, or I simply don't like it?

No problem! You can return or exchange your order free of charge within 30 days .

Which payment methods can I use to complete a purchase?

In our boutique you can pay by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), Klarna Pay Later, PayPal, Apple, Google Pay, Shop Pay, USDC and other local providers.


The festival operates exclusively on a cashless system , using an RFID wristband that you receive and need to top up with credit, either online in advance (Pre-TopUp) or at the on-site top-up stations with cash (GoCashless stations). This wristband can be used at all stalls and bars – any remaining credit can be refunded later.

How sustainable are the products?

Today we bear the responsibility for tomorrow. The sustainability of our products is very important to us. That's precisely why we chose Spreadshirt as our merchandise manufacturer: you can find more information about sustainability here.

All items are produced via Spreadshirt using a print-on-demand process. This means that we only begin production of your order once you have completed your purchase (excluding leftover festival merchandise). As a result, compared to conventional off-the-rack products, you not only receive your own personalized item, but also a particularly sustainable one. Because:

  • We use the best digital direct printers on the market, which are characterized by completely non-toxic and 100% biodegradable inks as well as waterless printing.
  • We produce completely paperless, saving over 8 million sheets of paper per year, which corresponds to approximately 767 trees.
  • We provide you with the exact measurements and size recommendations for all our products, so that your new favorite item really fits you and doesn't have to be returned.

What happens to my returns?

Thanks to our high quality standards, our return rate is very low. Should returns occur, they are donated to charity or recycled through specialized partner companies.

In many cases, our customer service team can find a solution with you that avoids unnecessary back-and-forth shipping of packages. For the sake of your time and the environment!

What happens to leftover goods from the festival?

We plan our stock so that as little as possible remains after the festival. However, if there are any leftover items, they will be sold here in the boutique and not destroyed. So it's worth checking back regularly :)

These items are naturally strictly limited and not produced using the standard print-on-demand method.

When and where does Nature One take place?

The festival takes place from July 30th to August 2nd, 2026 at the former US nuclear missile base Pydna in Kastellaun, Rhineland-Palatinate. A unique setting and simply perfect for a variety of dance floors!
